Returns and Exchanges
It is of the utmost importance to all of us at Helios Ophthalmic that you are completely satisfied with our eye drops. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a free return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The tamper evident seal on the bottle is broken or damaged.
- The return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
- The customer is not happy or satisfied for any reason with their individual results.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact our customer support team at heliosophthalmic@proton.me with your return request. Please indicate your reason for return and your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process a full refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
